My daughter begs for this magnesium cream after heavy ballet workouts as she says its the only thing that brings relief! I use the spray and get deepest nights sleep Ive had since before I had children. Ive tried a lot of different magnesium supplements, creams and poweders from the US, Australia and Mexico and this is by far the best!

I have used remedies for approx 1 year. I used the spray when I have some aches and pains. The creme I used regularly for my restless legs and also use it as a massage balm for my husbands back pain as well. It relives the pain immediately. I also recommended it to a friend who had knee pain. She calls it a miracle .

Remedium spray and balm are easy to apply and absorb well. They help soothe my cervical and lower back/hip otseoarthris. I use it morning and night for a few weeks at a time when I experience pain. I also like that these products do not contain harmful or weird ingredients.
