Our Story

Our founder, Berni Vernon is a licensed Health Care Practitioner with a career devoted to homeopathy and naturally derived remedies. As an experienced Yoga teacher, she found it very difficult to continue her passion when her Arthritis and Osteoporosis progressively got worse. As always, she set out to naturally solve her dilemma that was preventing her from doing Yoga, a critical part of her life. In her research, she stumbled across the immense amount of benefits that magnesium had for her condition.

After about a week, she came up with an initial formula that contained magnesium and began massaging it into her affected areas twice a day. She couldn’t believe how effective the cream was and experienced little discomfort while doing yoga after a week of use. Excited with the results and because of her nurturing personality it became her goal to get this type of relief out to her friends and family. As she began to learn more and more, she discovered that most people are magnesium deficient as it is a critical mineral to everyone’s health.
