I was actually sceptical but thought it was worth a try. I am on second week and it has worked amazingly! I have more mobility then I have had in years. Very little pain left. I am 62 and have terrible osteoarthritis in my feet. I work standing 10 hours a day. It helped the arthritis in my hands too. I have yet to try the bath salts, however, I am using the magnesium balm morning and night on my neck and shoulders. I am noticing a big difference when I get up in the morning. These areas are much more relaxed. Will definitely continue using the balm.
